The club was represented at the All Ireland sevens hurling tournament hosted by Kilmacud Crokes in Dublin last w'end. In our first game we lost out to the Raparees from Wexford after leading for most of the game. The 2nd game followed a similar pattern with Upper Church from Tipp scoring a point with the last puc of the game to draw with us. Our final game was our best performance losing out to the eventual tournament winners Portumna.

We had some success with the senior Friends of Dublin Hurling Balla Ball skills competition won by Ger Flynn. All involved would like to thank our Senior coach P.J. O'Grady for organising the trip to the sevens tournament & hopefully now we can make it an annual event.
